Movday 10 just got here and is already on 10. The frequency was lifted and the paradigm was shifted. Saturday started with amazing levels on the rooftop of The Ace Hotel in form of UNDO's "Yoga + Chill" lead by Abbey Sowick. 
Once I centered my day correctly, I left directly from The Ace to the #STRONGPEACEBENEFIT curated by DJ Smiles Davis & Danna Takako,which brought together 20 artists from all sorts of genre’s and spectrums to bring their voices and energies together to raise spirits and funds for BLACK LIVES MATTER. It started with a meditation lead by Low Leaf and a transitioned into a very emotional and fully charged up talk by BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors and feminist author and activist Dream Hampton. The whole day left me recovering from being swallowed by pure sunlight in one place, I woke up so inspired that I compiled a collection of one song from each artist that blessed the stage yesterday. So instead of the regularly scheduled Spotify playlist this Movday we keep the movement moving while hovering on the Soundcloud.
