SPORT SPECIFIC YOGA

A system that constantly rebuilds the sport speci c movement patterns through yoga poses, so that when the athletes perform the moves on the eld or court, the athlete can do it effortlessly. Aathletes will become less susceptible to injuries by noticing the warning signs as they pop up and addressing them before they become problems.

THE MIRACLE BALL METHOD

This innovate approach trains the nervous system by letting the body weight be absorbed by two small balls. Through the pull of gravity, breathing fully, and performing small micro-movements, attention and awareness is brought to focused areas. Helps ease tension in stiff muscles.
