I couldn’t post thee new playlist till I brushed my teeth this morning, I really had to come through all thee way on thee correct vibration. Apple music is creating a monopoly on thee new Frank Ocean Blonde album (which I don’t know if you have noticed but thee cover art is spelled incorrectly, it’s missing an e which might also be a secret message about no more “E” idk) so I couldn’t add it to this weeks playlist also I can go this entire post without mentioning Andre 3000’s INSANELY GREAT verse on “Solo (Reprise)” (I’m also gonna leave thee link to thee lyrics here for you because I’m here for you). So at thee end of thee day it’s night time, at the end of the night it’s morning, and this morning I feel as though the better music gets the better we all become. This week’s #MOVDAY playlist will make it all better w/ new sounds from Jimetta Rose (The Light Bearer out NOW) and DUCKWRTH, the unforgettably funky Digable Planets, Young Fathers, Kaytranada, O Mer, and even some JazzHOUSETrap summertime radness by Masego.
