In order to maintain a healthy body, we must not forget that the brain plays an important part in our overall health. The Internet has given us immediate access to everything- news, friends and recipes- we often take for granted that complete books about anything and everything are still at our finger tips. We have come to a point in society where everything we see online gets the final say, and we don't take the time to explore other views or research available to us at our local library for free.

Yes, local libraries still exist and we have been combing the stacks to find the best reads out there to help flex not only your body, but your mind and your life. UNDO contributors have selected 7 books in a variety of topics - love, health, fiction, politics, and the list goes on - for you to read and participate in live and virtual discussions mixed in with a little bit of yoga and juice too.

Life continues to move faster and faster, but it's important for you to set aside time for yourself. Try incorporating UNDO book club into your weekly rest day, and we promise you won't regret it. We want you to have as much time as possible to get your hands on a copy of the books so the first discussion date will be June 7 followed by one book each month until the end of 2016. We will have 7 discussions happening once a month in 7 cities and via periscope.

More information on the launch date activities to come.
